The BMDS Hotel is a new seven storey multi-use building, fronting Victoria Park in the heart of the city of Hamilton. A 300 seat theater for the Bermuda Musical and Dance Society and a restaurant are located at grade with support facilities to be housed in the two floors below grade. A central hotel entrance will serve the 6 story hotel above. This hotel will be aimed at extended stay business travelers. A synergy between the hotel and the theater will allow the theater hall and the restaurant to serve both for theater patrons as well as for business conferences.
