The restoration and historic preservation of a late 19th century grey stone residence located within the National Register Historic District of Moorestown. The current owner Lutheran Home wishes to revitalize and reoccupy Breidenhart and envisions the building as the focal point of its campus. It will be converted into community meeting and conference space, a physicians practice, administrative space, and general storage space.
