Located on a side of a large hill, the several phased - six level mixed use facility will contain children and elderly day care and a multi-purpose hall in the first phase. Phase two, will consist of administration offices and a 400 seat sanctuary. The next phase will add another 300 seats to the sanctuary through a balcony addition. The final phase will construct a gymnasium. Do to site constraints, the parking is located under the structure.
