Quakertown, PA

This design build project converts a former department store into a Medical Office Building for Grand View and Lehigh Valley hospitals. A new exterior skin and porte cochere modernizes the exterior while the interior is completely demolished and eight new medical suites will be constructed. These suites range from digital imaging, rehabilitation and family practice time share suites. Several suites are shared by both hospitals while the rest are for their own medical staff. A warm color palette and clean detailing, provide a contemporary and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
