Hunts Quarry Housing complex is a mixed use ten-story facility situated within an existing rock quarry. The complex serves as support facilities for Southlands Resort. The building is stepped in height to soften the size of the project, as well as, create roof gardens and parking terraces. The building contains 256 one and two bedroom apartments with support amenities including a fitness center, social areas, and a cafeteria. Below the residential area are two 40,000 sf warehouses that serve as extensions to the adjacent industrial park. There are separate site entries and parking areas for the residential and warehouse facilities.
