This three story sea side house was renovated inside and out to better organize bedrooms and living spaces while providing new exterior finishes. An observation deck will be located on the roof of the shore house and is oriented to highlight views of the beach.  Also, both the second and third floor will be accessible by a newly installed elevator in addition to the existing stair access.
