This design build project converted a former 40,000SF department store into a Medical Office Building for both Grand View Hospital and Lehigh Valley Hospital. A new exterior
facade and porte cochere modernizes the exterior while the interior was completely demolished and replaced with eight new medical suites. These offices include Digital Imaging, ObGyn, Pediatric and Adult Rehabilitation and two family practice time share suites. The Digital Imaging suite is shared by both hospitals while the others are divided between each hospital.
The interior has a warm color palette. Clean detailing provide a contemporary and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
