City of Hamilton, Bermuda
Located in the heart of the commercial district of the city of Hamilton, the Windsor Place Mall was modernized with a clean design palette of finishes and reorganization of the building circulation. New store fronts line the main corridor, while the two story interior atrium was opened up to include a sushi bar and restaurant. A distinctive elevator lobby for the upper floor tenants was carved out of the corner of the atrium.
The modernization is carried through to the exterior with a redesigned courtyard. This courtyard connects three other buildings. Courtyard amenities include four royal palm
trees, a large water feature and an outdoor patio for the sushi bar and restaurant patrons.
